ya know how I used to be a runner?

So on my unwritten list of things I wanna do before I have listed running a big race such as a half marathon. It's most likely a good idea to get this goal out of the way before I gain 30lbs and have four kids.(for the record that's not my plan for any time soon but ya know I should get on reaching my goals while I'm still young.) My dear friend Tiare has started running and I'm going to join her in running the Utah Valley Marathon on June 12th this year!!!! My back issues have kept me from training so far but my physical Therapist thinks it's a great idea as long as I'm careful not to hurt my lil back. I'm way excited to get in shape it's been a while. I'll be struggling through, wish me luck!

  2. Good for you, that's awesome! Good choice to do it before you gain 30 pounds and have four kids. It's possible to gain even way more than that and have only three kids, in case you were wondering. :) Ha ha, but seriously, it's true.
    You're my hero! I hope the recovery happens quickly.
