Back Pain and Impatience

I was driving my friend Sara home after work in one day and this crazy lady rammed the rear of my car as we merged on to the free way (Poor sweet Lil Ricky). The impact was a little intense and me and Sara are both still feeling the repercussions of being shoved forward at high speeds. My car, "Lil Ricky" held up just fine But I still need to get the alignment checked to see if there are any hidden damages. The other Lady's car however, has an imprint of my licence plat on her very crunched front end and bumper..... serves her right! Her insurance is being very helpfull and taking care of my, Sara and Ricky's expences.

At this point the whip lash is mostly gone but the back and neck pain are very evident. Most days I feel like and old lady and I have been feeling some numbness in my arms and elbows and getting tension headaches almost daily. All in all it's not to bad. I'm going to physical therapy two days a week; my only complaint is that the recovery is super slow going! I'm sure they'll get me back to my pain free self soon enough and then I'll train for a half marathon with my friend T. Oh yeah!
