I had to do a presentation for my personal finance class and couldn't find much information about the cost of a sedentary lifestyle. This is the clip I showed my class. I think it brings up some good points. Like Gandhi said: "It is health that is real wealth and not pieces of gold and silver." Ha ha food for though....Puny!
